I am looking for a friend or friend of a friend who beginning 8/1/09 wants to rent a 425± studio in Brisbane, Ca in my uncle's house. I'm targeting $800/month or $600/month and you pay utilities.
Please, please help me circulate this so that I can find someone via friendship connections before doing the craigslist thing.
After some time, there will be an option to rent the upstairs of the house and the large garage
which is 2 levels with 2+ bedrooms and a lot of open space and views.
