This is not a party home but dinner parties and friends are part of the mix with a good balance of quiet - all within this amazing neighborhood located moments from Museums, Clement Street & Golden Gate Park.
Me? I am a multimedia artist. I spend part of the week outside at partner spaces, part time working at home. I am intelligent, kind, honest, and told a lot of fun. I have a large variety of people in my life of all ages, and also like quiet time.
About the Place:
GREAT neighborhood - safe and convenient to a myriad of fabulous restaurants, Clement Street, deYoung Museum, Conservatory of Flowers, coffee shops, Haight Street, and Muni bus system, moments from Golden Gate Park. Not far from Golden Gate bridge and Exploratorium, 15 - 20 minutes from Downtown.
Clean, nice, partially or fully furnished, comfortable 2 bedroom+ office, 1.4 bath. with room for your furniture - or not. Your bedroom is unfurnished. The building is a renovated Edwardian with a sun room off bedrooms and back yard. Full kitchen (no dishwasher, sorry), high ceilings, wall to wall 1 year old and clean berber carpeting. No pets have been in the house if you are allergic and need to know. I would prefer no pets unless you have a super amazingly sweet hypo allergenic dog.
There is also wireless, parking for one car, on-site laundry. 420 friendly but keep a fairly smoke free environment. No cigarettes in the house.

- Office that I use
- Large living room with lots of sun in the morning, children playing at the school across the street
- Spacious, good vibe, on the top floor
- Sun room for relaxing off two bedrooms
- Large kitchen
- Indoor tandem PARKING for 1 car in garage
- STORAGE space in garage
- Washer and Dryer in the garage
- Backyard for BBqs (when not raining, of course)
How much?
1f other person $1350 p/m plus utilities ranging from 75-120 p/m
OR 2 other people $1000 each plus share of utilities ranging from 50 - 80 p/m
Terms:
1st month and x1.5 Deposit (Requirement set by the landlord)
