The Senior Portfolio Manager -- CPRM will report to the EVP, Credit Portfolio Risk Management (CPRM) and support the CPRM in establishing a credit appetite framework that will ensure credit soundness and the growth of profitable risk/return relationships. The credit appetite framework would consist of a forward market credit view, setting dynamic credit risk concentration limits and mitigation through credit portfolio management techniques.
Will closely collaborate with the head of PRM and help coordinate the process of projecting loan and lease loss reserves and related activities. The SPM will work closely with the CPRM on the existing migration model, including ongoing upgrades and essential documentation.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are a must, including the ability to communicate to executive management and to technical and non-technical audiences, influence and assist internal clients adapt to change, lead and facilitate dialogue with business partners on key risk measurement issues, and extract critical information unobtrusively.
Typically requires a Bachelors or Masters degree (or higher) in economics/statistics/finance/quantitative field.
