Seeking room on a month to month basis in exchange for help

I am looking for a room to rent for a couple of month, maybe until August or even longer. Right now I am on unemployment, and my credit history is not very good but I could come up with around $300- $400 per month. My intention is to develop my practice as motivational and inspirational speaker, life coach, consultant and writer, and so I am putting a great amount of energy into that.

I am also in the process of working with a couple of other people to create our own non-for-profit healing and learning community.

In order to make that happen I need to have access to the internet, and I also do an internet radio type program which sometimes can go on until the early morning hours.

Since I dont work a regular job and and my schedule is pretty open I also would be willing to exchange services, help around the house, do basic shores and eventually even a live in care-taking position
