Huge sprawling old country ranch house with lots of privacy looking for 3rd Woman housemate. It is on 3 acres of gardens and lawn and trees. Close in to town and a straight shot to Santa Rosa off Occidental Rd. The space available is two bedrooms: one is 12X12 and one is 12X14 (both have full closets). The latter has sliding glass doors out to a sweet patio and hot tub. There is room for your plants on the large patio. Both rooms are rented together for $800. They are placed at the end of the house so no traffic - like having your own mini-apt with all the advantages of a huge house with land. High speed internet ready to go. Rental is for one person only please. There are two living rooms both with fireplaces room for plenty of your furniture. We have a large country kitchen with dishwasher. Well water is filtered with reverse osmosis for the house so is great to drink and bathe in. Washer/dryer and garage. Plenty of storage. Many flowers and vegetables. We have 3 gopher-getter cats so really need to think twice before adding more....however one might be ok. We are 30 and 56 and are looking for someone in that age range. We need an independent person that is basically happy and grateful about life and does not feel compelled to complain about a lot. We are both positive and generous souls and looking for same.
