Seeking apartment for 13 days beginning September 26

I am looking to sublease a nice and comfortable apartment for my 78 year young mother who is visiting me from Germany between the 26th of September and the 9th of October. It would be great to find a place in a not too loud part of San Francisco where we could have dinner guests over once in a while, and it would be also if I could spend the night once in a while.

We are willing to pay up to $1000 for the right kind of place .

If possible please respond with a picture, and I would also like to arrange for a time to see what you are offering.
