Greetings all,
I have a room coming available mid Aug in a 4 bed 3 bath house in Rohnert Park.......
Nice 4 bd 3 bath house to share with Kinky/open minded person. Util Incl.....1 ROOM AVAILABLE.
I have for Rent, one upstairs bedroom in a very nice two story 4 bd, 3 ba home in "M" section of Rohnert Park.
$600.00 Utilities included. Move in Cost: $600 + $600 deposit = $1200.00
I can furnish the room with Bed, night stand, Dresser, PC Table and chair if needed at no additional cost.
I prefer singles as I don't want the house over run with too many people.
I occupy the downstairs bedroom with my own bath, the garage (my shop) and an upstairs room (Dungeon) that separates the two upstairs bedrooms. The bedroom has its own bath just steps away from the room. The rest of the house is shared with myself and another house mate.
Amenities of the house include: Large backyard, Carpeting through out, Vaulted Ceiling & Fire Place in main living room, Family room, Kitchen, breakfast nook, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer (upstairs), Direct TV, DSL through my router. All amenities of the house are shared. Quiet street and neighborhood.
Gas, convenience stores, video store, places to eat, Grocery Shopping, Park with swimming pool, Ball Fields, Basketball & Tennis courts and SSU all in walking distance.
SORRY, no uncaged pets as I already have two very friendly cats.
SOME storage could possibly be negotiated at no extra cost.
First & deposit to move in. If that is an issue I am open to negotiating deposit through increased rent until deposit is paid in full.
Visitors are OK with-in reason.
I am open to most anyone. Male, Female, Student, Professional, Blue Collar, Gay, Straight, Bi, Nudist, Kinky. It's your deal and I have no issue with it. The more open minded/understanding YOU are the more pleasant living situation it will be for everyone. Basically you will not find more open minded individuals to share a home with. Please be employed, financially responsible, respectful of neighbors and neat enough to pick up after yourself and not leave any clutter in the main shared area of the house. Also be willing to share in household chores. RENT INCLUDEs ALL UTILITIES.
