Looking for someone to join a friendly, but independent, group house in the Inner Sunset. Room available immediately.
Four current house mates; one vacancy.
We have a friendly and relaxed living situation. We enjoy spending time with each other and maybe watching The Daily Show and The Colbert Report together if we’re all around. But we all have busy lives and very different schedules, so just as often no one is even home at any given time. We would like a new house mate that is open minded, easy going and low drama – and is interested in living in a house with that sort of friendly and easy going dynamic. Strong communication skills and reasonable standards of cleanliness a plus.
Rent & Expenses
* $595 / month
* Move in is 1st & last month’s rent + security: $1,785
* Share in household bills approximately $100 / month

* Room Measurements: 9.5' x 11.5'
* Two windows, Eastern Exposure with light in the morning
* View of Sutro hill, street view
* Large walk-in closet (45" x 78" - 56" hanging, plus deep built-in shelves)
* Hard wood floors
* 10' high ceilings

The House
* 3 story, 4 bedrooms/2 baths + in-law apartment (in-law has separate bath/kitchenette)
* Top level: 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath (room for rent is on this level)
* Middle level is all shared space: entry way with hall closet, kitchen (with personal and shared space) with dish washer and breakfast nook, tv room, living room, full bath
* Ground level: garage with personal and shared storage (5 individual storage racks - one available for each house mate) and workbench with tools; washer/dryer; the in-law apartment; small backyard & garden
* Cats potentially accepted (upon consideration of certain concerns)
The Neighborhood – Inner Sunset
* Very close to public transit (N/Judah, many bus lines including #6 and #44)
* Close to Golden Gate Park (near the Botanical Gardens, deYoung Museum, etc.)
* Two blocks from many good restaurants and shops
* Parking is fairly plentiful
* Convenient corner grocery, multiple neighborhood grocery options
