Rent is $750 a month w/$600 deposit. Includes Utilities, Trash, DirecTV with premium channels, wireless internet and washer and dryer!
Safe neighborhood, Downtown only 5 minutes away, bus runs to downtown 24/7, and there's always parking!!!
Backyard is on the Bay with an AMAZING view of the city skyline, both bridges and Alcatraz.
I have to move back to L.A.to take care of an ill family member, so I'm not leaving because of roommate issues, I LOVE my roommates they're awesome, but responsibility beckons.

About Them:
Brandon, Aubrey, Ed and Sam age ranges from 24 to 36. The guys kinda keep to themselves for the most part but are very friendly Sam works regular 9-5 job, Ed is a lighting tech and works different hours different days and is often out of town. Brandon and Aubrey work nights they also travel alot but also are a ton of fun to hang out at home with.
About You:
They really don't care as long as you're not a slob, clean up after yourself, friendly and respectful, pay your rent on time, don't do drugs (drinking is A-OK) eat your own food not theirs and just all in all a cool easy going person and not a douchebag!!!
They prefer a female just to keep a balance in the house but NOT mandatory everyone is welcome to come see if it's a fit!
The reason I am being so flexible is because as I said I LOVE my roommates and we are taking our time in making sure my replacement will be a good fit with them.
I have given 45 days notice, but if you are looking for a place right away at the 1st of July I can arrange to be out by then. I still at the very least am planning on trying to leave by mid-month so if you need a place around the 15th or so we can also pro-rate July's rent for you!!!
