Responsible for a specific sales activity within assigned regions or markets. Works with Market Executive to directs the sales process through the management of fixed teams and formulate the market's sales strategy; tailoring the strategy for penetration in assigned market. Assist with the development and implementation of the annual sales plan. Leads associates to provide integrated advice and solutions through the Private Bank's core capabilities of investment management, trust, credit and banking. Responsible for meeting the broad needs of assigned clients through the coordination of sales & service associates. This position may be responsible for multiple markets and/or regions across the Asset Management Group.
Qualifications
Expert understanding of sales management, sales support and service processes is required.
Previous sales leadership experience and proven sales results evidenced by opening new markets or turning around existing markets. Ability to manage multiple priorities and has designed and delivered successful sales programs. Experience coaching sales teams and interacting with executives. Ability to communicate and influence verbally and in writing to multiple levels and audiences.
