We have a LOVELY 2 bedroom apartment in So.San Francisco. We thought this was the ideal place to start our family.
The only problem is, the neighbors are bat-s*it nuts. SO, we are looking to move. SOON. We have fine credit, and our landlords are willing to vouch for us and release us from the lease whenever we find a place.
Our requirements: We need 2 rooms. We need to be reasonable distance from public transportation (esp. BART). We need to be able to burn incense and candles at times (we are practicing pagans). We love to cook, so Gas stove is a must.
Not required, but desired: We have a living room now, and we would really like to have a living room in our new space. (We have friends, and we like to entertain and share our space with those we Love.) My lovely wife would also like to have some small garden space.
We are newlywed, having just celebrated our 1st year. If we find the right place, we may be looking to turn the second bedroom into a child's room in the next year or 2.
We are looking in SF, the Peninsula, East Bay - Esp. Berkeley, as long as my wife can get to SF State in a reasonable amount of time.
