New Dance Studio for rent in Oakland

The Prop Box Studio is a 800 sq ft. dance studio complete with a brand new sprung floor, large mirrors, lots of natural light, very high ceilings and a sound system. It's a few blocks away from 880 and nine blocks away from the Fruitvale BART station. We are looking for instructors interested in renting it out for classes. We'd like to get classes in: Anusara Yoga (or other types of yoga), Pilates, modern dance, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Swing, salsa, Blues dance.
