Need a roomie in Cole Valley (SF Bay Area)

I have a great 2bd/1ba in cole valley. unit is on top floor. (hopefully) new carpet by next week. sweet back yard... has a brand new deck!! 1/2 block from laundry. 1 block from NJudah. large storage space (shared among tenants in the bldg)

the bedroom available is medium sized. it's the bigger of the two. comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser and desk. has a large bay window allowing lots of natural light.

Ideally, I'm looking for a female who is planning to move in. settle in. stay a while. BUT since I'm anxious to fill the space by like, yesterday -- I won't rule out sublets (male or female) either. In the case of a sublet situation -- the bedroom currently has a full size bed, a dresser and a desk. Yours to use if needed. I'll take 'em away if ya don't.

I'm 31. been living in SF for 10 years. I love this city. love the nightlife. love sunny afternoons. i love creative energy. I appreciate tidy common space and respect quite time during the work week.
