My name is Christoph, originally I am from Germany. I am 44 years young and have lived and worked in the USA for almost 2 decades.
I have a full time job working for google, and my job requires me to get up every day at 6 am and I wont come home until 6.30 pm, but my main focus is to develop my practice as facilitator of learning and practicing philosopher. I am a very respectful, friendly, easy going and reliable person who is looking for a preferably furnished, peaceful and quiet room in a nice area in San Francisco which can allow me to concentrate on my studies. It would like to find the kind of place where I can hold weekly study meetings, and it would be also great to be able to have (overnight) guests once in a while.
I do quite a bit of video recording (www.youtube.com/user/realize2actualize), as well as a live video and audio broadcast, so for this I would like to find the kind of living environment with a nice scenery and calm atmosphere. I would like to be able to play my music at a decent level without disturbing anybody else living there. I would be great if my room would be in a different part of the house and not right next to somebodies bedroom.
My credit score is not very good, and since I am just now in the process of rebuilding my finances it would be great if you could do without a deposit (even though for the right place I am willing to work on that), but I guarantee you that I pay my rent on time and clean up after myself.
