Do you like to get away on weekends, or have an unused room in your house? I am looking for a place to stay in San Francisco in a quiet non-smoking home one or two weekends per month on a regular basis, preferably in SOMA, Mission, or Castro areas. I am an older professional female, non-smoker, employed full-time, and own my home in another state. I will definitely not be throwing any wild parties. I can pay up to $500 for a 3-day or 4-day weekend, negotiable depending on amenities. I can commit to at least one weekend per month for up to a year (maybe two years), exact dates negotiable.
I am experienced with animals and if you have a cat or dog, I will care for them responsibly while you are gone in partial exchange for the rent. I need a private room but if you have other (quiet) roommates, that's OK. If the room you have available is unfurnished or partially unfurnished, no problem, I'll take care of it.
