We need a few people who want to learn a fire staff line dance and perform it on May 22nd and 23rd. This is for the production Burn Barrel, a fire dance concert featuring PureKT productions, and Copper Lantern Fire Theater. More information at: tribes.tribe.net/theburnbarrel
We only have three rehearsals left until the performance so there isn't a lot of commitment. The rehearsals are on Sundays from 1-3pm in Oakland. Fire staff experience is not totally necessary, although a plus, some sort of spinning/fire experience is required. The staff moves are pretty basic combining that with the steps of a line dance is a little more difficult and anyone can do it, it just takes repetition. We cannot offer pay, but you get into an awesome party with fringe benefits.
