A bedroom with shared bath available in our 4 bd/2ba house in the Presidio's MacArthur neighborhood, starting July 1st! The room is on the small side of medium, but the house has a large shared living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer in unit. The Presidio location is amazing. Lots of trees and forest around to walk or run through, gorgeous views, a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close to the Presidio and Lombard gates (about 5-10 minute walk!). We are two guys and a girl in our late 20's to early 30's, working in various fields. We like where we live and want our home to be comfortable, fun, quiet, respectful, and relaxed. We are all pretty busy and do our own thing most of the time, but enjoy being about to cook a meal together occasionally or just catch up with each other when everyone finally makes it home after a long day. We even recently acquired a pretty great grill for nice summer evenings!
You:
Mid-20's to 30's, male or female, reasonable credit, responsible, but also kind, fun, pitch-in sort of person, laid-back personality. We are looking for someone who fits well with us and our schedules, someone we can come to see as a friend as well as roommate. No pets please. Sorry!
Rent is $675 a month, utilities included. Move in requires first month's rent, plus a $600 deposit.
