JD and Zeke just scored a fabulous new 5 bedroom house and are looking for another couple of folks to live with.
If you don't mind living in Bayview and paying cheap rent you could be a part of this new group house.
The monthly rent 2895. So if we divide that by 4 it is 723 each.
If there are 5 of us it would be 579 a month...about the cheapest you can imagine in this city.
2 car garage...and we only have 3 motorcycles.
5 well lit bedrooms, smaller closets though
Nice light everywhere.
big kitchen, gas stove, breakfast nook with blue naugahide nook..it is so 50's and great
huge side yard, which will become a garden...maybe even chickens.
Big back yard with covered area...perfect for BBQ.
Dinning room
Living room with Fireplace
Washroom with possible place for washer dryer.
Nice inlayed oak floors.
Gated entrance.
Gas heat
We are easy to live with.
Drama free and good communicators.
We have two big cats and no dogs are allowed in the house, by lease.
We like to cook and chill.
We don't like TV and don't own one, we do dig movies.
We love beer and books.
We would like to get some folks to move in with us and be there for the long haul. We are signing a year lease TOMMOROW.
