We are seeking an Issuer Services Marketing Officer in San Francisco, CA. As the corporate bond market grows increasingly more sophisticated, issuers and investors alike are demanding greater flexibility and creativity from their corporate trust provider. In this evolving market, we are often selected by issuers, underwriters, and lawyers to administer and support conventional financing and emerging debt structures in a variety of new roles. You will be responsible for corporate and specialty finance and serve as advisor to community including attorneys, investment bankers and other relevant business consultants as well corporations headquartered within your territory. The primary responsibility is to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
* A history of exemplary sales results in a similar product line
* Ability to act as a consult to the client in terms of investment strategies
* Knowledge of corporate trust and debt capital markets including conventional and high yield debt, escrow services, insurance trusts and customized trust structures.
* Ability to manage and execute administrative requirements accurately and on time, and utilize product and sales management skills to achieve all of the above.
* Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
