Position description
Associates will be involved in both sourcing and executing transactions. Associates perform a variety of roles and will be expected to generate leads and will work with the client from the initial contact to the closing of the deal. Most assignments include financial analysis, preparing corporate documents, attending client meetings, and general financial advisory services. Associates currently report directly to the partners
Qualifications :
candidates exhibit strong communication skills, interest in business and technology, and the ability to work well with others. Self-starters with an entrepreneurial attitude are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated ability to sell and presentation skills are an important part of the job. Candidates must display a strong academic background and extracurricular achievement. While this is generally a position for recent college graduates, candidates with one or two years of finance or consulting background are encouraged. Recommended GPA of 3.5+.
