G'day people,
I live in a fabulous place in San Francisco's Castro district, and I'm looking for two or three housemates. (My previous housemates have been wonderful, but they've started a relationship with each other and want to live into their own love nest now.) I expect this list will have the kind of the like-minded people I'm looking for.
The apartment is the beautiful, bright top level of a duplex. The living room has a bay window with views of the hills, the bathroom has two sinks and the kitchen has a dishwasher and gas appliances. There's a sky light, attractive timber ceilings with hanging plants, and laundry facilities and some storage space in the garage.
The really special thing is the location: 14th Street, half a block from Church and Market Streets. It's within two blocks of many cafés, restaurants, markets, clubs, shops and all the Muni metro lines, and within six blocks of some big beautiful parks, BART, Castro & Market, the Mission, the Lower Haight, Hayes Valley and the freeway.
It's a four-bedroom apartment; ideally I'd like to keep one as shared space and charge $920 per month each in rent for the apartment. Alternatively, all rooms would be occupied and I'd be charging only $690 per month each.
I'm looking for responsible, easy-going, bi- and poly-friendly people with good communication skills. I prefer to live in mixed-gender households (I'm a 35-year-old male) and of course I'm happy living with LGBT, poly, Pagan, kinky, Burners, pretty-much-whatever folk.
The apartment is available for moving in any time in November.
Cheers,
Mik.
