CREATE A JOYFUL AND LIGHT-FILLED COMMUNITY IN OPEN AND SPACIOUS HOME . . .
I am creating a home of joyous and loving Beings in a brand-new sunny apartment. This home invites and supports positive energy, laughter, lightness and joy with whomever enters the space. I am looking to attract living-mates who share an affinity for meditation/yoga, plants and herb-gardens, art and creativity, sage, vegetarianism and raw foods, sanctuary space, sparse living and floor seating, and non-violent-compassionate communication. And most importantly, a feeling of peacefulness, kindness, happiness and ease. If you're starting to smile -- we are on the right path!
The Apartment is so beautiful. It is newly renovated - has an extra-large and spacious living space/sanctuary space with a working gas fireplace and 6 Bay Windows over looking the Bernal Height mountains -- very European feeling. All rooms have beautiful hard-wood floors with high ceilings. The kitchen is brand newly remodeled (Corian type counter tops) and hasnt been used yet since its renovation. The apartment is on the top floor which gets unobstructed North, South and Western sun-light ALL DAY. All rooms have double-pained windows keeping out a majority of the city-sounds. Large bathroom with tub and separate toilet room. Bedrooms are large with walk-in closet and even a little window in the closet. Outside the kitchen is a deck (being remodeled) and will be home to an herb harden and compost bin. The apartment is located on 24th Street and is literally 1/2 block from the BART. I mean, you have to experience it to believe it.
Some info. about me: I am a 29-year old gay male artist, ritualist, teacher and healer. As a "day-job" I teach children self-awareness and meditation as well as having a Tarot and Vibrational Acupuncture practice. I also create art installations out of organic material from the Earth -- also something you have to experience to believe. I am quite down-to-earth, kind, authentic, compassionate, loving and a skilled listener. I would say that I tend to live in a world that is both creative, mystical and loving. Slow and gentle living, laughter and spirituality are qualities I hold dear to my heart.
I am asking for bedroom #1 (18'x18') = $890 as this is the extra-large bedroom in the back of the apartment with a walk-in closet and 2 extra-large windows. Beautiful and interesting view. Floor heaters. Small cute window in closet.
Bedroom #2 (18'x17') = $775 as this is the large-bedroom in the front of the apartment with a closet across from the room. It has 3 french-doors and wood chair-rails and opens up into the living-space.
