Seeking a room and workspace solo or share with decent people.
Hiya!
I am seeking a low-rent apartment/studio-home where I can sleep, cook, hang out and do a bit of my artwork, (no oilpainting or solvents, just a bit of light metalworking, okay?!)
Prefer by Jan 1 -15th at the latest
I live on SSI, and Social Security payments, which ain't much, (technically I am disabled, but i can still ride my bike and do all the good stuff), but I can pay about $500 per month, just like clockwork and I haven't been late with the rent in over 5 years.
I am tidy, fairly quiet, not much of a partyer anymore, but I do enjoy socializing, sharing meals, and so forth if it were a shared situation.
I am a very good cook, I clean up my own messes and I don't smoke indoors, if at all.
Male, 56, housebroken, easy going, cute, A+ East Bay Bike Coalition supporter/activist, speaks a little Japanese, Spanish, etc. Two Thumbs Up!
