We've loved our beautiful loft but have to move out and we're looking for someone else who loves it!
So here's what we like about it:
It has excellent lighting with classic warehouse windows. Beautiful bougainvillea peeks though the windows, creating colored patterns against the glass. It's full of character with exposed brick, giant wood beams across the ceiling (Venetian style), hardwood stairs and loft floor, and railing made from beautiful copper. The kitchen is open and large with black granite counter tops tastefully offset with lightwood cabinetry. From a pragmatic viewpoint, there are two entrances, one directly to the street and first floor location makes it easy to move things in and out.
Situated on the same block as Soundwave studios, and two other studio buildings, the area has a creative vibe. It's situated on an L-corner, with a school on the other side, which means there's no traffic noise. Very close to all the major highway entrances and BART with only a 10 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. There is plenty of parking and the building has security lighting.
