We're looking for versatile cabaret performers of the female variety - able to quickly learn and properly execute technical hybrid choreography.
MUST be 18+ years of age
MUST be dependable and willing to commit to at least 3 rehearsals a month
MUST own professional performance demeanor
MUST know at least a lil' about : FOSSE, TAP, the origins of HIP HOP, and the history of BURLESQUE and it's artsy counterpart NEO-BURLESQUE

A little about us:
We are movement artists - we create movement, inspire movement, we document it, share it, teach it and are constantly engaged in the act of promoting self exploration through it.
This collective consists of activists of all flavors who are dedicated to the creation of dynamic hybrid works. We hold the belief that it is the social responsibility of the artist to build support networks, create open source forums and knowledge banks related to but not limited to our crafts. Moreover, to create the ripples that will spread cultural awareness and the kind of curiosity that leads to self exploration. Because of this, we work hard to connect with local talent in an effort to consistently push this forward.
Our lives, our heARTs and our rehearsals are all intermingled. We train hard and party hard - all with the understanding that each moment is to be considered a unique chance for skill sharing and think-tanking. It is crucial for the growth of us all - for opportunities like these to be recognized so that each artist comes into their full potential by means of learning how to be both teacher and student, curator and collaborator.
We are here because we love our art. We think about it night and day. We eat, sleep and breathe it. And, like nervous parents - we squint hard to get a glimpse into the future, to see what a fine adolescent it has the potential of becoming. We are mad and slightly obsessive. We perform because it hurts too much not to.
We are thoughtful in our approach to the craft. We know that we were put on this earth to motivate and educate. Moreover, we are proactive and ready to fight - mainly for the sustainability of our heART form(s).
We are creative activists with a diy method of living. Perhaps you too are a gipsy, with a grand itinerary full of travels intended to help you touch and share and learn. Perhaps you have work to do right where you are sitting. In any case, we are here and so are you.
