Experience
Recently completed (or mid-term) analyst program at investment bank or major consulting firm with <3 years experience
Strong work ethic with a driven desire to work hard and see real financial results
Quantitative-minded with a good understanding of finance and basic risk management;you should be able to describe a complex financial instrument using an easy-to-understand summary
