Hello! We have one room available for a in a Huge, Beautiful, Sunny 5-Bedroom Alamo Square Victorian Flat.
About the room:
This room is the largest bedroom in the apartment. It is a lovely violet color with a big bay window overlooking the street front (tons of sunlight, especially in the morning). There is a large closet in this room and built-in shelf space, as well. Floors are wood, and ceilings are very high.
About the apartment:
This apartment is amazing. It's on the top floor and equipped with huge skylights, high ceilings, a large eat in kitchen, a pantry, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, a living room, a dining room, tons of closets, 1 and 1/2 baths, and basement storage. To top it off, our unit has a washer and dryer and we share a beautiful (albeit slightly overgrown) backyard with our laid back neighbors from downstairs. We have a TV for movies, but we do not watch tv. Street parking is fair. You'll almost never have to park more than 2 blocks away, and no permit is required. The 22 Fillmore and the 5 Fulton are right down the block, and other buses, like the 6, the 38, and the 71 are very close.
Utilities are split equally five ways, which per person totals about $50 a month.
The move-in date is August 1st. First and last month's rent and a safety deposit ($400.) are due a week before move-in.

For the past year we have met once a week for dinner and to share roommate meeting topics as well as lighter, more exciting things. We want this house to be a space where everyone truly enjoys coming home and living with each other, where each roommate feels happy to participate in and contribute to
the home, cooking and eating together. We want to maintain the open communication (for real! we know people always say this when they first meet, but this is truly a must). We want the house to remain as drama free as possible, and keep the energy clear for creativity and growth to occur.
About you:
You should be a conscious female in your 20s or 30s and be employed or in school. You must be able to pay rent on time. It's important to that you are interested in often eating dinner at home and keeping communication amongst housemates free and easy. We live health conscious lifestyles and want the same in the future roommate, people who are positive and are bringing healthy energy into the home. No crazy partiers or hard drinkers. Most of us don't even drink.
We have no preferences in terms of race, or sexual orientation and neither should you.
Drama and drugs need not apply.
Cleanliness is very important. You'll be expected to clean up after yourself in the common areas. It is important to respect the house. Leaving your dishes in the sink over night is okay. Leaving them in the sink for days is not.
Guests are always welcome as long as they are respectful of others. All smoking's got to be
done outside.
Sorry, no pets.
Please let us know if you would like to attend our open house on Wed. July 2nd at 5pm Include brief details about yourself i.e. what you do for a living, for fun, etc.
Thanks
