Hello!
If you haven't heard about Athletic PlayGround, you might be interested to check it now. We have group classes (for adults) such as: Aerial (trapeze, rope, fabric), AcroYoga, Monkey Conditioning, Parkour, Tumbling & Tricks, Capoeira, Handstand, Partner Flips and more unique classes.
There is also open gym times everyday where you can do your own thing, such as stretch, train, do conditioning or just hang with the community.
Every month we are having a movie night and potluck which is free, it is a good place to start meeting and being involve with the community.
During January 2010 you can sign up for unlimited membership for ONLY $50/month! and you can keep this rate as long as you stay a member!
Come play! First class is free anyway! :D
