Your responsibilities will be to assist the underwriter in the analysis of affordable debt transactions with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Your principal focus will be to utilize your analytical skills, experience and judgment along with your knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac underwriting requirements to determine and gather the information necessary to analyze the credit worthiness and financial condition of borrowers in accordance with Agency and Bank standards. You will report to the Affordable Chief Underwriter.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
# Associated Degree in Business preferred.
# Minimum 1 + years real estate experience strongly preferred.
# Ability to compile, organize, and prepare information for financial statements and other internal reports as requested by management required.
# Must be proficient in Excel.
# Required to be a self-starter and work independently.
