This key position will coordinate the budget development and administration activities that support the department’s research; development of System Cash Services policies, products and automation tools; and the operations services, all of which ensure the efficient distribution of currency and coin and continuity of operations. Analyze complex costing models, pricing proposal and other financial document related to CPO activities. Support management in the development and implementation of short and long-range financial plans and tracking tools that will focus on improving the CPO’s ability to effectively and efficiently monitor and manage costs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. (preferably in accounting, business, finance or economics)
Four plus years related budget and/or financial analysis experience to include: performing complex financial analysis, including Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV); define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Advanced communication skills to include the ability to interpret common financial and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
