Administrative assistance to tax department partners, managers, and staff as assigned; general backup assistance to administrative department team members as needed.
Assemble tax returns; tax data entry; process and print tax returns; process Internal Revenue Service correspondence; prepare 1099s; handle e-files and Opt-out sheets; transcribe correspondence; confirm/schedule appointments for Partners; provide clients/banks with copies of tax returns; process invoices; phones, mail, federal express; scan documents as requested; other projects as assigned on a daily basis.
Qualification

5 years of experience as administrative assistant.
Strong sense of urgency, listening skills, organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
