The Global Wealth and Investment Management division of the organization is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the "Face of the Bank" at the reception area of the bank office. The primary duties are to answer and route calls that come in through the main switchboard, receive and greet customers, associates or other visitors and direct them to the appropriate location, coordinate arrangements for client meetings, complete expense reports for 1-3 senior associates, book conference rooms, oversee mailings, serve as a point of contact for office issues. Assess supply levels and order supplies for the office, perform miscellaneous administrative duties including but not limited to updating documents, memos, letters and forms.
Qualifications :
Must have 2+ years experience in an administrative or customer service client-facing role. Must have experience operating a multi-line telephone. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be efficient in MS Office Applications to include, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must present a professioanl demeanor and appearance.
