Hello!
I'm a 26 yr old female with a 9 yr old feline looking for the right room/home in central SF. When I need to move is flexible but I'd prefer to find a place by March 1st.
I am an artist/waitress looking for a chill household that is inexpensive (400-500) because I'm paying off student loans. I realize that this will probably mean a small room and thats fine by me so long as its the right household.
I am relatively quiet and spend the bulk of my time painting/drawing/sewing/reading. I don't smoke and only drink occasionally. I like to keep a clean bathroom/kitchen/room and prefer housemates that do that same. My idea of a party is a dinner party with good friends.
My cat is talkative and friendly (just like me) and has never peed on anyone's laundry because he was mad! He likes people and has always been happiest when there were other cats around. I've had offers for a house so long as I kept him locked in my room but I can't see that being a healthy way for him to live so I'd need a house that is relatively open to him. If there was access to a back yard even better!
