Hello. My name is Brandon and I am looking for a place to rent, preferably in Berkeley or Rockridge area.
About Me: 25 year old male. I have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting but currently studying music production/multimedia. Spiritual practice is at the core of my life and I don’t take drugs or drink. I have spent the last few years living in an ashram as well as traveling throughout the world, India, Australia etc. Besides music, I love to play sports, be in nature, meditate, hang-out, go to concerts and enjoy life. I also enjoy a quiet household especially in the evenings.
What I’m looking for:
-A room to rent around $800 per month including utilities
-A large room with closet space
-Walking distance to BART
-Quiet home and neighborhood
-Community Atmosphere; Nice roommates preferably with a spiritual background.
-Drug, Smoking and Alcohol Free (I’m not opposed to alcohol in moderation)
-Private bathroom is a plus
