We have a very large beautiful live work space with an an available room. It's a very large room
The unit is shared with a 31 year old male photographer/film maker, 24 year old female aerial artist, a 28 year old male electronic music composer (he is respectful with his sound levels, I've hardly heard anything because he used headphones) and a peaceful kitty. The space available is very large, almost 400 sq. feet! It's private and on the ground level.
The rest of the space is cozy and functional, with a large kitchen and foyer (with hooks for bikes), a large unfurnished studio that we use as a versatile creative space. The studio space is used occasionally for photography and movement/aerial training. It is a versatile space and open to more use. We are would like to share our calm and creative living environment.
Good communication, tidiness and consideration for others is important to us. We are vegetarian, vegan and omnivorous and are responsible and respectful of each other in the kitchen. Were not a co-op but like to share and enjoy each other when were around. We are all living professional lives and are mostly busy with life.
Rent: $665.00 plus utilities
Deposit: $1000
Month to month, were hoping for a long term roommate.
We are located immediately off 880, which makes for quick highway commutes, and we are close to the Fruitvale BART, just a few blocks west in Jingle town which is quite peaceful. It is a nice little area populated by businesses and artiest and nestled just next to cute downtown Alameda. There is always plenty of parking available in front of the building.
