I am looking for someone to share my cute two bedroom cottage in North Oakland.
~ Male or Female is fine
~ Have an Income!
~ Must be between 25- 40
~ Welcome artists. musicians, burning man community, what have you
~ NO Pets
~ Smokers ok in front porch /420 friendly in house ok
~ Friendly, Open-minded, doesn't mind a philosophical conversation now and then.
The Cottage is tucked away in back of a two story flat with a private entrance and away from any street noise.The Cottage is cozy with a shared living room, hardwood floors throughout. There is plenty of space in the living room for you to share for any furniture/ things you may have.
Please check my profile to find out a bit more about me. I am originally from Ukraine, have been in the states for a long time and in the Bay for five years. I am looking to create a comfortable, cozy living environment with no drama, of course! I work during the afternoons and evenings, and when I am home I usually am creating music. On weekends I often spend in San Francisco, so it can be quiet around the house then, but I don't mind having company anytime, yours or mine.
One Bedroom is available right now or beginning of May. The rent is $500 plus split Utilities. Near MacArthur BART station, 10 minute drive to downtown Berkeley, easy freeway access.
