hey tribe!
I am looking for a responsible queer/gay/trans/ally to sublet my room. It is a big, quiet, cozy room with lots of light. I am leaving it furnished but otherwise empty--queen sized bed, desk, dresser, and arm chair. The house is located in North Oakland, right by MacArthur BART. It's an intentionally gay space, very comfortable, clean and home-ie. There are three roommates who share common space, food, chores, good conversation, and community. There is laundry on site, garden space with raised beds for veggies, a spacious living room and plenty of indoor bike parking space. Street parking is ample, and garage space is available for an extra charge. Rent is $490/month and utilities are around $30 (PG&E, water, and WiFi). No cats due to allergies :(
