$400 room for rent in the Sunset

It's right across from the park and 2 blocks from the beach, with tons of street parking. It is located on 45th and Lincoln. It has a washer dryer, and water is included in the rent price. I've been paying a flat rate of $20 for other utilites. Wireless internet is probably available. It was recently remodeled, and it has a nice bathroom that you would share with a woman who is rarely there. It's a pleasant place to go, very peaceful and pretty in contrast to the busy city. It doesn't really have it's own kitchen, just a microwave and a small fridge. The I'm sure you could put a mini stove/ burner and a toaster oven in there but I haven't needed to. The landlord is very nice and l had told me I could use his kitchen when I needed to, but I never did. I'm leaving to travel on the 15th of Nov and am looking for someone to take the room then. Technically I had a month left on my six month lease, but I am not planning on returning and you could stay there indefinitely, however you'd have to work that out with them. I think they're asking for a $450 deposit, and prefer a six month commitment but are open to doing month to month.
