A great couple is looking for an affordable new and long term home in Marin. We would like to be in our new place from any time now through the end november, 2009. We are very flexible with the right situation. We are professional, reliable, quiet, and have excellent references. Allays pay our rent on time.
We would like to rent a unique large one bedroom with office or 2 bedroom unit. It can be a small home, large apartment, duplex, tri-plex, condominium, in-law, flat, cottage or guest house.
we are not looking for a share-rental, or sublet.
Locations: San Rafael, Mill Valley, Corte Madera, Larkspur, San Anselmo, Kentfield, Ross or Fairfax.
Rent amount: $1,200 - $1,500 a month
We are willing to do part work trade for rent reduction, here are some possibilities: Gardening & landscaping, general repairs and handyman services, video production and photography services. If you have a large property that needs to be taken care of, we would be very interested.
We are currently living Kentfield, 1 1/2 years and now the house is being sold. 3 years in Tam Valley prior, in a very small place; and would like more space inside and out. We are flexible in when we can move. Our landlords are very helpful and accommodating in our needs. I am a Marin county native, have family in the area. We both have good employment/income. We are professional, quiet, courteous and responsible, no pets
We would like a clean, quiet, centrally located place with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and outdoor space: garden/patio/deck. We need parking for two cars, laundry on site, and some storage, and gas stove is a plus. We like it near water or with a mountain view
I have a gardening and landscape business; I am a teacher in the visual arts, writer, theatre director, and photographer and produce video. I am continuing my education in Digital Media Production at the same time. Sandy has 2 kids, grown up, and living on their own. Her background is in medical and office management, retail sales and gallery director. We are active, like to travel and look forward to having a safe, relaxing place to call home.
