the place has hardwood floors. im renting the front half of flat.. 2 large sunny rooms that adjoining by french sliding doors.. we would share kitchen & full bathroom...
the walls can be painted as you wish. there is no furniture.. one room had a large in wall glass armoire, both rooms have antique chandeliers, good light lots of windows....
rent is utils inc pge/ water/ garbage... there is a cable outlet you can hook up your own cable.. ( comcast is running a deal right now)
i have a cleaning service come 2x a month... i like to keep house tidy
i would need to verify employment and run a credit check through landlord..
move in is 1st last $ 500 sec deposit.. ( everything will go on paper) im very honest...
you can move in first week of august... 3300 move in,,
