G-Shots TV needing Assistants for Web, Photography and Video Productions

Just got back from 'Vegas where I incorporated G-Shots TV as a "for profit" Nevada corporation and have linked up with producers of a reality based TV series on kinksters in both Las Vegas and San Francisco. Up to now all of my G-Shots by ~GARi-~~ and Genuine G-Shots videos have been "gift" presentations and Labors of Love, ways which have honed my creative, photography and video editing skills to what I believe to be a pretty high level of quality. If the Cable TV series is a "GO" I will be paid for my activities, in addition I have linked up with others in the Las Vegas scene to do promotional photography of both fetish, webcam and conventional models of which there seems to be unending potential, and I have yet to explore the market here in the San Francisco Bay Area. I will also be expanding my involvement in making tribute and memorial funeral and obituary animated photos montages with both free and for profit presentations. But I will be needing help to pull this all off. I will be needed an assistant which quite frankly I prefer to be of a D/s dynamic as is my nature, but someone who will also profit from my activities as the paying end of enterprises begins to take off,: sex, looks, etc. does not matter,skills, willingness to work and serve does, and if there is play, well I am an an "equal opportunity" destroyer as well as an erotic dom as long as there is some female component involved. I have several needs, which need not be a single person as the work is extensive and never ending. I need someone who is willing to go to cemetaries and photograph the gravesites I have been requested to photograph and assist with the organizing and uploading of said photography, yes there is a market for this, and the promotion and preparation of basic slide shows montages; should the slide shows be purchased or ancillary scanning, cropping, photoshop work be required you will receive a share of the profit based upon the charges I charge the client for said services. Required also is someone who is able to research music and get the required copyright clearances for the "for profit" video productions, for which you will be paid a share of the fees I receive which will vary depending upon what I will be receiving as my share of the broadcast production, or possibly be put on staff of the overall production company. Locally I need someone with a high-defination camera to assist with the interviews and B-rolls for San Francisco based productions for which you will receive a share of fee or actually be placed on salary of the overall production company, or to sell me a suitable HD camera at a good price. A+ if you have a Mac with Final Cut Pro with the DVD and compression components and are willing to share it and teach me the required skills and I know I must upgrade from the Windows based programs I have been using. I am also looking for Mac with said programs installs at a fair price provided again that you will assist me in learning the program. A web designer with bothm webpage design and html skills, like Dreamweaver, in also needed to rework my primary webpage http://www.GShotsTV.com to get the bugs out of it , keep it currant, and make it further come to life eventually with 3D effects. This can be one person with the requisite skill set or several people working together and independently, and due to the nature of the 'web does not necessary have to be even physically present in the Bay Area or Las Vegas. Eventually I plan to expand the enterprise on a franchise basis as there is a nationwide potential for the productions I envision and I will need a co-ordinator for these overall endeavors. I prefer working with kinksters as kinsters can transition well between the vanilla and kink worlds, while vanilla's may be too judgmental of my lifestyle, activities and clients.
