A2D (Analog 2 Digital)

Hardly any other producer could make it to the top of the worldwide DJ elite in such a short time than Klaas. He influenced the German electro house sound significantly during the last years and remixed artists such as Guru Josh, Erick Morillo DJ Antoine, Greg Cerrone, No Angels, Eddie Thoneick, Aston Martinez, Michael Mind, Global Deejays or DJ Disciple. However, never lost sight of his own productions.

Klaas cleared the way in 2006 with his remix of Micha Moor’s – ‘Space’. The Klaas Club-Mix turned out to be a worldwide success and was number one of Beatport but also the German Dance Charts for several weeks. He enjoyed worldwide support from DJ’s such as Bad Boy Bill, Moby, Tiesto or David Guetta.

With the 2007 released third Klaas single ‘The Way’, he was once again able to show his diversity in production innovation in the electro house area. ‘The Way’ climbed from 0 to #2 of the German Dance Charts during the first week and stayed in the top ten for several weeks in all relevant dance charts.

Besides from the studio productions, Klaas has been touring the globe as DJ for a long time.
Australia, New Zeeland, Scandinavia, U.S.A., Canada, Brazil, Russia, France, England – the list of gigs seems to be endless.

In spring 2008 Klaas succeeded in another coup. His remixes of the classics such as ‘Guru Josh – Infinity’, ‘Horny United - Crazy Paris’ or ‘G&amp;G – My My My’ nearly all made it into the top 10 of the German Dance Charts at the same time.

And as if that were not enough - the ‘Klaas-Mix’ of Guru Josh’s Infinity turned into a fast-selling item after a short period of time, which stayed in the top 20 of the German Single-Charts for half a year and had a peak position of rank # 4. Not only was Klass remixing Infinity, but was also responsible for the characteristic vocals of the original mix.

With the remix of Infinity, Klaas finally caused international furore. As the producer of the single, he received multiple gold and silver awards in Germany, Great Britain, Denmark and Norway. The official music video counted 38,000.00 hits on YouTube within 6 months and was listed under the top 45 of the best videos and was one of the top 3 of the most favourite videos.
His current release ‚Make You Feel’ was placed immediately after it’s release in the top 10 of the German Dance Charts for several weeks and is once again a garnet for an emotional gripping electro house production made by Klaas.
Just now, Klaas finished off a remix of the world hit ‘I like to move it’, which will be released in spring 2009 with Defected Rec.

Experiencing Mr. V’s DJ sets, original productions, or remixes is like taking a trip back in time to dance music’s golden age. Before superstar DJs took over the spotlight, dance music was a cultural phenomenon that did what no other form of music could do – bring people together. It didn’t matter what race or sexual orientation you came from because dance music was all about embracing our differences and creating a homogeneous vibe. The music was built heavily on traditional song structures and lots of heart and soul. DJs played whatever it took to get the party going and the music was never predictable. It is with this classic spirit and enthusiasm that New York City’s Mr. V targets today’s dance music world. Mr. V is a throwback in the purest sense.

Growing up in the 1980’s the open-minded Mr. V was heavily influenced by House, Hip-Hop, Latin, Garage and Disco classics, Rhythm &amp; Blues and Jazz. Mr. V was enamored by the role a DJ commanded over a crowd and was taken by the talents of his friend Lord G., who had a weekly Thursday night party in New York City. Despite wanting to be a professional DJ, it wasn’t until he met the legendary Louie Vega that he found his calling. “Louie used to have his party called “Underground Network,” and that’s where I discovered a deeper taste for house music. I always wanted to be a DJ, but Louie’s type of music – that whole soulful sound – is what I wanted to play,” says Mr. V. Louie Vega saw the drive and potential in Mr. V and hired the young Nuyorican DJ / producer as his assistant at the world famous Masters At Work label. In this position Mr. V was given a rare glimpse into the global dance scene and before long was taking to the decks alongside his mentor.

Stylistically, Mr. V has a wildly eclectic sound that brings spontaneity back to the art of DJing. “Sometimes I just pull stuff [out of the DJ bag] out of the blue. I like to keep people guessing. I play things that I don’t think other people are playing – I’ll play a house-rock record or some classic stuff. It’s always different and depends on the vibe,” he says.

In 2001, along with partner Alix Alvarez, Mr. V launched his own label Sole Channel Music as a way to release music with complete control and artistic freedom. 2006 was a breakout year for Mr. V as we saw the release of his much anticipated debut album, Welcome Home. Combining his multifaceted skills as a Dj / producer / remixer, and with an ear towards dance music’s roots, Mr. V is a name to watch out for!

San Francisco (USA) based dubstep outfit Babylon System consists of the killer combo of veteran dj/producers; ROOMMATE and NO THING. Both are still going strong with their solo careers, but it was the combination of the two that set the world on fire. No longer content with "just" rockin the U.S. west coast, Babylon System was formed and went on a mission to become key players in the world wide dubstep scene. Already a job well done, considering their releases are all anxiously awaited and their dubs are spun by every big deejay in the scene. All around the world. Watch out, their thick dance floor sounds will knock you out!!!

Live Drums, heavy synths, groove and energy are the foundation that Bandon Hale AKA Siren builds on. Hailing from Oregon and now Settled in San Francisco, Siren is another new west coast find that has been making his distinctive mark on midtempo breakbeats and DUBSTEP. With a background of metal influences and playing piano saxophone, and drums in punk, ska and metal bands, Siren brings both melody and unforgiving edge to his productions. Expect BASS that his you in the gut, raw pounding lead riffs and some epic instrumental accompaniments, truly made for ‘large’ environments or the most urban of basements.

MiHKAL
Midtempo / Glitch Hop / Dubstep
>>Symbiosis

Perfecting the art of audio alchemy, MiHKAL approaches his musical creative process as a chemist synthisizing a newfound molecule. Blending an omnitude of genres and tempos into a seamless bass induced euphoria, MiHKAL brings the light and dark elements into harmony with melodic rhythms intertwined with heavy basslines. Whether serving the crowd a plate of face slapping bass with a side of whomp sauce or raising the vibe with higher frequency melodic soundscapes, he puts intention into his perfomance as a shaman would guiding his ceremony.
Brought up in the epicenter of the west coast electronic music movement in the SF Bay Area, MiHKAL draws inspiration from the sounds of local producers including Mimosa, Heyoka, Kitty D, Bassnectar &amp; EPROM, while DJing and producing all original mashups and remixes.

gigs all over Texas, New Mexico, DC, and SF. After emerging from his
self-imposed seclusion with a new sound annihilation system, he’s been
rocking everything from dancehalls to living rooms with the sounds of

PAUL VAN DYK

Grammy nominated artist, globally acclaimed DJ and audio architect Paul van Dyk continues to dominate the electronic music charts and appears at the pinnacle of every Top DJ list around the globe. PvD, as his fans have nicknamed him, has been ranked the World’s No. 1 DJ by DJ Magazine’s "Top 100 DJs poll" two times something less than a handful of DJs have ever achieved.

PvD is credited as one of the hardest working artists in electronic music, with sold-out tours that cross each continent, headline spots at every major festival, and a hugely successful recording career. With over 3 million albums sold worldwide, van Dyk travels around the world over 16 times each year to sold out performances internationally. On New Years Eve 2008/2009 Paul played Barra Beach to over 1 million people in Rio de Janero giving testament to his incredible popularity the world over. In 2008 Paul expanded into creating music for video games and movie soundtracks. His work with EA Games has resulted in mulitple releases featuring his music on Mirror's Edge and Grand Slam Tennis out in 2009. Paul has also lent his talents to remixing Batman's "Dark Knight Theme" written by Hanz Zimmer. But Paul is no stranger to high profile remixes, he has put his unique twist on Depeche Mode’s "Martyr", Justin Timberlake’s "What Goes Around" and Britney Spears "Gimme More" just to name a few. His original album In Between released in 2007 and featured collaborations with David Byrne and Jessica Sutta of the Pussycat Dolls as well as Rea Garvey of Reamon and Johnny McDaid of Vega 4.

PvD received a Grammy nomination in 2005 for Best Dance/Electronic Album for his original album Reflections – this marked the first time NARAS recognized this category. His original productions from Reflections have been synced into major motion pictures such as Into the Blue, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, television’s Entertainment Tonight and MTV’s Cribs, and international ad campaigns for Motorola, HBO, Land Rover, Ski Vail and most recently for Jeep. This year he won the International Dance Music Award (IDMA) for Best Euro DJ.

Previously, PvD won four IDMAs in 2006: Best Global DJ, Best NuNRG/Euro Track, Best Producer and Best Mix Compilation for The Politics of Dancing 2. In addition, PvD was voted "America’s Favorite DJ" for 2004 and 2005 by BPM Magazine and was the big winner at the 2004 Dancestar Awards, taking home 3 awards: Best International DJ, Best Event and Best Music in a Commercial (Motorola). He also won the Mexican Oscar for his soundtrack in the film Zurdo in March 2004. Paul van Dyk was voted "Best Music Maker" by DJ Magazine, received the "Best International DJ Award" at the 1999 Music Awards in London, was named "Best International DJ" by Ministry of Sound Magazine, and Mixmag elected him as "Man of the Year".

Aside from his musical activity, Paul van Dyk has always dedicated a significant part of his life to politics and social justice: from his youth, when he fled over the Berlin Wall to the West, to his children’s charity in India’s Mumbai, and his partnership scheme with the German Red Cross to help poor children in Berlin. In 2004, PvD was the only electronic artist involved in a nationwide tour with the Rock The Vote campaign, where he joined the likes of Bono, P Diddy, the Black Eyed Peas and George Clinton in campaigning for America’s youth to sign up to vote in the presidential election. He most recently received Berlin’s Medal of Honor (Landesverdienstorden) in recognition of his work with Ruckenwind, a charity organization he founded dedicated to helping poor children in Berlin. He joins a distinguished list of arts and political establishment figures with this honor.

Born in Eisenhuettenstadt, East Germany, Paul van Dyk grew up in communist East Berlin. Because his community did not have a true club culture, Paul van Dyk listened to the radio where he discovered his passion for music that extended beyond Techno music – he wanted to create a different, more unique sound. In the early 1990’s Paul van Dyk was spinning regularly at various clubs in Berlin before releasing his first album 45 RPM in 1994. But it wasn’t until the release of his second album Seven Ways which catapulted him into the Top 100, followed by the release of his hit single "For An Angel," which began to earn him praise across the globe. By the time Paul van Dyk released Out There &amp; Back in 2000, it became clear that the Berlin-based musician had far more to offer than his signature club sets and remixes that had already defined him as one of the most influential DJs and producers of all time. His first compilation mix CD Politics of Dancing was released in 2001, followed by Global in 2003 – a DVD which illustrates his own experiences traveling the world.

Paul van Dyk’s touring diary remains incredibly hectic with regular globetrotting stops at major venues across the globe from New York, London, Ibiza to India, China and Singapore. In the little time remaining between all the travel, Paul van Dyk resides in Berlin where he has his own radio show "Paul van Dyk’s VONYC Sessions" which airs weekly on the Area Channels on Sirius XM Satellite Radio on Thursday nights at 6PM EST (and rebroadcasts Saturdays at 8PM EST and Tuesdays at Midnight EST) and Soundgarden which airs every Wednesday 2pm – 4pm (EST) on Fritz radio and over the internet (www.fritz.de) as well as Galaxy FM in the UK.

Two of the biggest names in underground dance music together at one party playing a 6 hours + on the insane sound system of 1015 Folsom. This party will be massive, one of those musical journeys that will take you all the way till sunrise and even further. Our last party with Lee Burridge on a Thursday night at Vessel sold out! The last time Danny Howells played SF for a Lovefest after party it also sold out. There is a reason why all these shows are selling out. With over 4 Global underground and 3 Renaissance compilations under their belt, we can easily say Lee and Danny are some of the most talked about DJs in underground dance music. Each of these super stars headline at multiple festivals across the globe every year, playing music for thousands of dance music lovers at one time. Not to mention performing at the most high profile events and clubs.

In 2009 Lee Burridge was voted #10 DJ in the world by Resident Advisor. Basically all the underground heads and hardcore industry members got together and voted (not just any fool off the street who still thinks Trance and Electro are still the shit). With multiple Global Underground, Renaissance, Balance and Tyrant mix compilations. Lee has set the standard for what it takes to be one of the most successful underground dance music DJs.

Deep Blue and BASE Italy Underground bring you the #1 DJ from South America, Hernan Cattaneo. Hernan's first appearance in SF for over 2 years!! This one is going to sell out. Last time Hernan played SF, over 1000 people showed up at his gig at RubySkye, It was insane night. The man plays for massive crowds in stadiums across the globe. When you goto a Hernan gig you barely get to see him, as he is behind a big stage in a big dark room with flashing lights. On this special night you get to see Hernan upclose and personal in the intimate setting of Vessel. Its an un-forgetable experience.
HERNAN CATTANEO BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Buenos Aires, Hernán grew up listening to bands like Simply Red, Level 42, Depeche Mode and New Order whilst carefully studying Billboard magazine, the only source of information that was readily available at the time. In 1987, one of his friends visited Vinylmania in New York and returned with some vinyl –Hernán’s first exposure to Chicago House. In that moment, Frankie Knuckles, who should have a huge influence on Hernán and his blossoming career, broke into the scene and quickly became an icon of the incipient house genre. The way Frankie Knuckles and artists like Inner City and Derrick May brought together the energy of european electronic music with the soul of North American music left an impact on Hernán and set the tracks for his career. His elemental understanding of dance music might be the reason why he could firmly position himself amongst the most respected DJs of the world.
In the middle of the Nineties, Hernán had become the cultural force of the dance music movement that was still in its infancy in his country. As a resident in Clubland Buenos Aires, his talent was quickly recognized and his name soon associated with the most respected figures of dance, such as Paul Oakenfold –turning into one of his closest friends as their relationship evolved-, Sasha, John Digweed and Danny Tenaglia.
Clubland soon grew to be one of the renowned clubs in the world. Hernán’s eclectic deep house, tribal and progressive sets attracted the attention of the superclub Cream who then chose Hernán to become their southamerican resident. His career took off in 1996 and 1997 when both years he won a local award of “DJ of The Year” and, after joining Paul Oakenfold on his European tour, a lot of doors were opening for him. Playing universities and clubs all over Britain and mainland Europe, he managed to stun his receptive audience with his passionate sets and his impeccable mixing techniques. Consequently, he got signed to Oakenfold’s label Perfecto with whom he released his first ever international mix CD South America.
It was again down to Oakenfold that Hernán, in 98 and 99, traveled to the United States and was invited to a row of prestigious events and festivals such as Burning Man, in Nevada and the Red Rocks Amphitheater, in Denver. Immediately after that, he was made resident in Cream Liverpool as well as in Ibiza and started touring all around the globe.

As selections of hits, rarities, and remixes from both artists are presented over the course of the evening, audience members square off in funky battle, holding signs bearing the mug of their favored entertainer to judge which one is the true king of pop. This sure ain't the place for cynics, but Darling Nikkis and Dirty Dianas are all welcome to participate." - SF WEEKLY

The Prince vs Michael Experience is meant to celebrate the music of two of the biggest pop cultural icons of our generation. It is done with love and mutual respect for both artists.

 Dear Friend,

Hi. Here's the latest on Soul Sanctuary. We will NOT be having SS this Friday, 2/5, however we will be starting up at our new home on Friday, February 12 at the beautiful Santa Cruz Chi Center, located on East Cliff at 15th street, the site of the Live Oak farmers' market. We'll be featuring live music for our warm-up with Trance Journey, with guest guide David Garrett, who will also be spinning our jam.

What will it be like? Lots of free parking, good bamboo dance floor, just a few minutes from downtown. Our price will remain the same, but bonus! with a ten-pack of passes ($100), you can get into any of the Chi Center's many yoga and chi gong classes. And we'll be able to take credit cards.

So come, check out your new home for Friday nights! Please email with any questions.

Love
Laura

P.S. We're thinking of staying open a bit later for tea, perhaps midnight. What do you think?

Friday, 2/12 and every Friday at the Santa Cruz Chi Center, 21511 East Cliff Drive
Doors: 8 pm.
Common Ground, our collaborative warm-up: 8:15 - 9 pm.

Base Italy Underground and Deep Blue Presents DUBFIRE (Deep Dish/Sci+Tec). A chance to see one of the worlds biggest DJs and electronic music producers at a intimate limited capacity venue, Vessel. Dubfire is one of the biggest names in underground techno right now. If you do a search on Beatport.com for the top 20 most downloaded tracks of 2008, 6 of Dubfire's tracks are on that list. That shit aint a joke, Dubfire is the hottest thing in underground dance right now.
This event aint a freakin joke, this party will sell out!!! Dubfire is the biggest name in underground dance music in 2008. Every track he has made has been #1 on the charts... Grab very limited $15 presale tickets as this will sell out fast. Normally you have pay $30+ to see dubfire behind 1000 people as he spins on a stage. Now you can see him up close and personal in the intimate setting of Vessel.

DUBFIRE:
There are few artists that can lay claim to conquering the underground as well as the mainstream, yet Ali ‘Dubfire' Shirazinia has managed to dominate both. In fact, he's setting the musical agenda for others to follow in his footsteps.
As one-half of the legendary electronic partnership, Deep Dish, Dubfire has won Grammys, released hit singles, remixed music's biggest names and rocked the world's most respected venues. Their last album, 2005's ‘George is On', catapulted their name into the mainstream charts and saw the duo crisscross the globe. The album peaked at 3 in Billboard's Electronic Album Chart.
Scaling the dizzy heights of dance music left both Dubfire and his partner, Sharam Tayebi, wanting a creative break to pursue solo projects and express themselves in new ways, but no one was quite prepared for what Dubfire did next.
In keeping with his obsessive love of music -- spanning punk, industrial/new wave, jazz, dub, hip-hop, house and techno -- Dubfire set out to push the musical boundaries and challenge the dance scene's preconceptions by going back to his roots. His release ‘I Feel Speed' illustrated his new sound with a nod to his influences and saw him step up to the microphone for vocal duties, setting the bar for what was to be a huge year in his career.
As tracks such as ‘Roadkill' and ‘Ribcage' were released, an avalanche of accolades emerged, including an invitation to mix the covermount CD for Mixmag, front covers of Raveline and DJ Magazine, an Essential Mix for the UK's Radio 1, and glowing write-ups from Beatportal to Resident Advisor. The praise was universal.
With a barrage of remixes and productions on respected labels (including Cocoon, Get Physical, Minus, and Rekkids) earning him acclaim from his DJ and producer peers, Dubfire shocked and inspired the industry in one masterstroke!
In 2007, Dubfire took another huge step forward with the launch of his label, Science + Technology Digital Audio (SCI+TEC). Initially formed as an exclusively digital label and a vehicle for his own productions, the label won fans around the world and now releases in all formats from a range of breaking new artists including Delete, Paul Ritch, Rocha &amp; Lewinger and The Dolphins -- as well as the man himself.
As 2008 got underway, Dubfire was heralded as the most forward-thinking artist, featured twice in the Top 10 of the ‘100 Most Charted Records of 2007' on Resident Advisor and winning Best Techno and Best Minimal Artist at the Beatport Awards.
With new production partnerships in the works alongside Oliver Huntemann, forthcoming productions and remixes with notable techno tastemakers and upcoming SCI+TEC showcases in London, Tokyo and New York, Dubfire is once again breaking new ground and moving the scene forward -- while keeping a steady grasp of his ‘punk ethic'!
AWARDS:
# Winner: International Dance Music Award 2005 for Best House/Garage Track "Say Hello", Best Progressive/Trance Track "Say Hello" and Ortofon Best American DJ Award
# Nominee: Grammy Award 2005 "Best Dance Recording" for Deep Dish's "Say Hello"
# Winner: Grammy Award 2002 "Best Remixed Recording" for Dido's "Thank You"
# Nominee: Grammy Award 2001 "Remixer of The Year" (NonClassical)
# Winner: International Dance Music Awards 2005 for Best Underground Dance Track for "Flashdance"
# Winner: DanceStar USA Award 2004 for Best Compilation (US Releases) for Deep Dish - GU 025: Toronto (Global Underground) and Best DJ
# Nominee: DanceStar USA Award 2004 for Best Remix (Worldwide DJ's) for P. Diddy's "Let's Get Ill" (Deep Dish Remix) (Bad Boy)
# Winner: Ibiza DJ Award 2004 for Best Set of the Season

fter utterly destroying 1015 in January with DIESELBOY and EMALKAY, COMPRESSION doubles-down for February with one the sickest dancefloor line-ups the Yay Area has seen in a minute:

IN THE COMPRESSION ROOM:

Holy f*cking sh*t, it's the DUKE of drum and bass, BRYAN GEE. As head honcho of COMPRESSION'S all-time favorite record label, V RECORDINGS, BRYAN GEE discovered and signed everyone from RONI SIZE to KRUST to DJ DIE to DJ MARKY from Brazil.

As a DJ, though, GEE proves time and again that not one of those guys can play their own records as well as him. The man is a motherf*cking drum and bass WIZARD. A larger-than-life, stoned to the bejeesus belt, upside-down NINJA of ultimate bass funkification. And just like he's been rocking his legendary London club night MOVEMENT for the last decade, GEE is coming to COMPRESSION once again to remind everyone of just how that sh*t is done.!

As if that wasn't sick enough, COMPRESSION also welcomes back resident DANNY THE WILDCHILD. Another drum &amp; bass legend, the WILDCHILD has been rocking stateside audiences like a hurricane for well over a decade. Chopping, scratching, flipping and otherwise FUNKING UP the turntables in ways you never thought possible, the WILDCHILD takes the bouncingest tracks you ever heard and bounces them harder.
Also on the night are COMPRESSION resident badasses 2 CENTS, LUKEINO, MC AX!OM and THE COLONEL MC. And check it: this is the Colonel's first night back after a three-month hiatus with his new baby girl, so look for that man to lose his mind and RIP SHIT UP!

IN THE RUKKUZ ROOM:

SWYTCH of TRILLBASS
(TRILLBASS | Human Imprint | Shift Recordings - ATL)
http://www.myspace.com/trillbass

Swytch is just one of the four members of Trillbass that has defined a new sound in the world of Dubstep for the past few years. With releases on labels all over the world, Including Rottun Recordings (Can), Shift Recordings (U.S), Ruff Records (France), Code of Arms (U.S) and their own 'Trillbass Records' Vinyl label.

MARK INSTINCT - CAN
(ROTTUN | DUBLINE | BETAMORPH AUFECT)
http://www.myspace.com/instinctdadeejay

SYMBL
(TRILLBASS RECORDINGS | BETAMORPH)
http://www.myspace.com/Symbl

w/ LOCAL SUPPORT FROM:

NTRLD (Rukkuz, Badman Press, BrapDem), COMPRESSION'S own DJ IVRY with MC Child and Enhale on the MIC?!?!?!?! The Rukkuz room is guaranteed to bring that bump to move your gurls rump.

AND IN THE GET-SEXY ROOM:

COMPRESSION's own DJ HAVOC will join DJ MEASURES and friends for that perfect in-between butt-shaking funk.
Hip-hop to bassline and house music to B-more, the Get-Sexy room remains the place to grab a drink, grab a spot on the floor and then grab some ASS. HEYO!!

In the Mix: Global Dance Groove with DJ Rhythmystic

Friday, February 12, 7:30pm-11:00pm, Alameda

MORE INFO: http://www.rhythmix.org/content/10events/100212.html

Get your groove on at a pre-Valentine's Conscious Dance at Alameda's hippest new venue, Rhythmix Cultural Works. Come early for a body and soul warm-up with Alisha Blau, then Dance, Dance, Dance to the trance-enhanced mixes of DJ Rhythmystic. Members of Maze Daiko's dynamic taiko ensemble will blend live drumming into the mix. This magical harmonic journey will build through a masterful blend of global beats, tempos, textures and expansive dance energy.

The beautiful dance-friendly environment at Rhythmix is well suited for this universal blend of musical vibes and rhythmic soundscapes. Blau will lead a mind/body/soul movement experience that combines stretching, breathwork, meditation, free form dance and body symbology from 7:30 - 8:00 pm. DJ Rhythmystic follows from 8 - 11 pm with a full range of connected sounds; from luminous pearls to silly putty bass equations to pure soul music from the land of joy to unrepentant straight up 'n get down dirty ill-funk. Add in the pure and deadly swinging high hats of deep jackin' house to smacked up and peaked out breakbeat to the tribal catharsis and all the way back down the ladder to a puddle on the floor. Maze Daiko members Janet Koike and Tina Blaine (Bean) will add bursts of live percussion to the evening's sonic spice.

For art lovers, RCW will also be hosting an opening reception from 6 - 9 pm for its latest show in the K Gallery in conjunction with the Estuary Art Attack, Seeing Red; explorations on the other side of Love. Local healers in the chill space will offer chair massage and alternative forms of bodywork.

 <div style="margin-bottom: 1em;">
On Wednesday, February 10th, the second installment of Whatever You Wish features none other than one of San Francisco's very best:

DJ M

Co-founder of Still Doin' It, inventor of such legendary parties SOMA Sessions, Tenderloft, and Faultline, Future Breaks mastermind for many years, New Balance shoe geek... and superb DJ. M has been one of the most consistently excellent disc jockeys over the past decade, and his commitment to the craft is outstanding. You can be sure every time he steps to the decks, the mix and blend will be as close to perfect as you can imagine.

Self taught and a transplant from NYC, DJ M brings a sophisticated air and intelligence to each party he is involved with, and you can always count on him for professionalism from start to finish. Don't let his quick wit (or P R O P E R channel fader wizardry!) catch you off guard, cuz at the end of the day it's about gettin' down to some great music. DJ M promises to bring his own unique take on the Whatever You Wish concept, and rest assured he'll be covering a wide variety of dance music genres.

Kuze warms things up starting at 8pm sharp. Last time I began the night with Sly and the Family Stone, threw in some non-vocal deep house, sprinkled my set with modern techstep drum n bass and vintage atmospherics, and closed out the night with deep progressive and legitimate techno.

Who knows what we'll hear this go-round. Whatever You Wish.

Coming March 10th: VERY SPECIAL GUEST tba!!!
