Come celebrate creativity & community at this free family-friendly weekend fair! Saturday & Sunday from 10am – 6pm. Showcasing affordable & contemporary art, fine crafts, jewelry & accessories, clothing, quilts & baskets, sculptures & functional art. Kid-friendly entertainment: live music, magic shows, puppet shows & face painting. Many excellent food purveyors and more. Edible East Bay presents Edible Tastings–samplings/tastings, benefiting People’s Grocery (11 – 5). Free shuttle to/from North Berkeley BART every half-hour. Live Oak Park provides an exquisite setting among the trees & creek. WHAT: 43rd Annual Live Oak Park Fair WHEN: Saturday, June 8th and Sunday, June 9th, 2013; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. WHERE: Live Oak Park (5 ½ acre historical park) - 1301 Shattuck Ave. (at Berryman), North Berkeley, CA 94709.
