We are very excited about the Triptych New Years Eve menu. Executive Chef Diego Salinas has come up with a surf and turf twist, with formulation on the artistic and the natural. Kobe beef, venison, high omega-3 Kona Kampachi, arugula foam are just some additions of this year’s menu.
