The 2009 Belly Dancer of the Year Competition will be held Memorial Day Weekend--May 23, 24, & 25, 2009 in the San Francisco East Bay area. The competition has a new home at the beautiful brand new Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center, 10550 Albion Rd, San Ramon 94582
