Create deep and playful space with us this Friday as we welcome Philip Novotny and friends, AKA the YUM Session musicians, live from San Luis Obispo. Philip says it best:
"Inspired by the teachings in Soul Motion, 5 Rhythms, Contact Improvisation and experienced by thousands of participants during west coast regional tours, these movement sessions use LIVE music as the bridge between deep trusting and spontaneous connection. Explore soulful body awareness through breath, beat, dance, movement...! Continuous, improvised musical elements blend East, West and World grooves with ambient soundscapes, moving you through an energetic wave into blissful stillness at journey's end."
