As founder, President, and CEO of LetterClick, he brought a fledgling company through the Dot "Bomb" years, and successfully bootstrapped the company while perfecting an innovative email service that adds low cost and highly effective marketing to every email a company sends, known as BrandMail(tm) service. BrandMail has broad application to companies of every size and has customers throughout the U.S. and more than 5 other countries.
