Please join us for this accordion extravaganza. It will be your first chance to
see the fabulous Bay Area Accordion Babes Pin-up Calendar. Yes, an accordion hottie
for every month of the year. The show will feature sets by:

Big Lou's Polka Casserole www.accordionprincess.com

Big Lou, the accordion princess, began playing in the honky tonks of Central Texas
eventually finding her way to the bay area where she was a founding member of both
Polkacide and Those Darn Accordions. Her current band, Polka Casserole, was described
by one reviewer as a "Hippierock Jazz Mexican Polish German band that does
a couple of waltzes."

Kugelplex w/Isabel Douglass www.kugelplex.com

One of the hottest Klezmer bands on the West Coast. Since 2001 they have been playing
both at seated concerts and at boisterous dance halls. When she's not with
Kugelplex, Isabel Douglass spends her time touring the world with Rupa and the April
Fishes and Tango No. 9.

Renee de la Prade and Friends www.sfhounds.com

Renee de la Prade specializes in Irish, French, zydeco, punk, folk, reggae, and
pop music. She plays button accordion for San Francisco-based Irish rockers Culann's
Hounds, does regular studio recording for other bands and repairs accordions. Her
dynamic performing style incorporates stomping, howling, hillbilly French vocals,
hip swinging, headbanging, and freaky cute girl costumes. You can find her in farmers'
markets, North Beach, BART stations, on sidewalks around the world, the Great American
Music Hall, or in Smythe's Accordion Center.
